From the cellar to the vat room, plunge into the fascinating world of Burgundy's great wines, followed by a tasting of 6 wines in an intimate setting.

While the Domaine Evenstad cellars, wineries and tasting rooms are located in Santenay, on the Côte de Beaune, the vines grown on our estate are located along the Côte de Nuits. The vineyards cover 6 hectares, stretching from Chambolle-Musigny to the south of Nuits-Saint-Georges, the capital of this wine-growing region, via the Clos de Vougeot, the emblematic Grand Cru and founding vineyard of Burgundy.

Accompanied by a dedicated wine advisor, the Immersion experience is a unique opportunity to visit our superimposed cellars, where time and know-how gradually bring the wines to maturity before bottling.

The journey continues all the way to our winery, a place where tradition and modernity meet.

Then it's on to the tasting of the six wines, in our cellars, in immersion.
