RUNNING TIME

1- Welcome in the olfactory garden of the Climat de Meursault Les Petits Charrons and presentation of the Unesco classification, the appellation and the Climat

2- Olfaction session: through the olfaction of raw materials from the perfume industry and perfumes created around vegetable notes, participants will discover how these surprising notes can be found in wines. A playful and unusual way to approach the aromas and defects of wine.

3- Tasting: to extend the experience, tasting of an unusual Burgundy wine, the only Sauvignon of the appellation, whose vegetal notes will recall the aromas of our vegetable gardens. Accompanied by small thematic dishes.

exhibited in the garden of the Petits Charrons
