On the Route des Grands Crus, a stone's throw from Beaune's historic centre, the Hôtel Solstice invites you down to its 19th-century cellar for an immersion into the world of wine.
A commented and interactive 1h30 tasting of 6 great Burgundy wines, produced by winegrowers selected for their commitment to quality.
The tasting includes:
- A selection of 6 Burgundy wines from the regional appellation to the Grand Cru, including 3 white wines and 3 red wines - 5cl
- The fabulous history of the Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, by the Solstice wine consultant.
