In the heart of Beaune, next to Les Halles de Beaune and Les Hospices, Chef Christophe Quéant and his team welcome you to the gourmet restaurant Le Carmin. In a zen, sober and luminous setting, ideal for showcasing dishes, Le Carmin offers refined and classic cuisine, based on the choice and quality of produce. A tasty, unpretentious cuisine, created according to the Chef's market discoveries. In the wine cellar, Le Carmin offers a fine selection of over 800 wines, many of them organic, natural or sustainable. For lunch, we offer a 3-course menu for €50 and a 4-course menu for €59. Evening menus cost €118 for 4 courses, €148 for 5 courses and €178 for 6 courses.
