I am a farmer and I want to show that it is possible to eat healthily with home-style cooking prepared with care and using produce whose origins we know.
The meat – beef and lamb – comes directly from my farm, 20 minutes from Chassagne-Montrachet.
A permaculture garden is currently being created at the Château to provide the accompanying vegetables.
