This character house, overlooking a large garden of 4500 m2, has a holiday cottage and 5 bedrooms, including two suites, each named after an appellation name of one of the "climats" (vine-growing plots); a nod to the primary activity of the Dufouleur family - wine.
135 m2 apartment on the top floor, with elevator access and panoramic views.
Very spacious, exposed beams in the living room, wooden floors in the bedrooms and living room, old tiles in the kitchen.
