The house is located in the centre of the village of Corcelles-les-Arts, between the partly Romanesque church and the listed château. Less than a quarter of an hour from Beaune, in the middle of a world-famous wine-growing area: close to Pommard, Meursault and Montrachet. The economic heart of Burgundy, this region is served by the A6 motorway (Beaune exit) and the TGV. The Château's winery was restored around ten years ago by a team of craftsmen specialising in heritage preservation. It is furnished with historic pieces from châteaux and manor houses.
