From Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October 2026, Ferme Fruirouge is opening its doors in Concœur, in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, to offer a different way of discovering blackcurrants.
Event on Sunday 18 October, from 3 pm to 5 pm: Blackcurrants in all their forms: a gourmet tasting at the farm.
Fruit, leaves, buds, hydrosol, jam, condiments, syrup and crème de cassis: a guided tasting to explore every facet of this iconic berry. We’ll also be sharing our family history, our connection to the local area, the cultivation of our organic orchards, our artisanal processing methods and the story behind our plot-specific selection, preserved in our ‘Ribesthèque’.

Two further events are scheduled for Friday 16 and Saturday 17 October at Ferme Fruirouge, showcasing different aspects of our family farm: blackcurrants as an aperitif and a behind-the-scenes look at the processing.
