To make hearts beat faster :
Rougié duck foie gras, sweet black fig chutney, fresh salad bouquet and warm toast... like a first look.
To raise the temperature :
Thinly sliced poultry topped with an Espelette chilli cream, with just the right amount of character, accompanied by crunchy baby vegetables, because love, like cooking, loves contrast.
A sweet ending (or almost):
Pavlova with red fruits, crisp, melt-in-the-mouth, passionately light, sublimated by its passion red coulis.
