To mark the 166th Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction, just 3 minutes from Beaune’s historic centre, the Cave d’Elisée welcomes you for a guided and interactive tasting of Burgundy’s world-famous Climats.
We invite you to discover the secrets of our beautiful region through our explanations of how Burgundian wines are made.
You’ll taste 40 wines produced by leading wine estates:
From Burgundy Pinot Noir to Corton Grand Cru, via Meursault, Volnay, Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny and Gevrey-Chambertin.
Taste 5 regional appellations, 15 village appellations, 15 village 1er Cru appellations and 5 Grand Cru appellations.
Wines and vintages are subject to availability. Any wine that is out of stock will be replaced by an equivalent appellation or vintage.
Duration of the tasting: no set duration
A non-alcoholic tasting of artisanal grape juice is available for those under 18 and others.
