The Santenay Tourist Office is organising the 7th edition of its “Street Painters’ Festival”, which will take place on Sunday 6 September 2026 from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm in the village of Santenay.
The aim is to create one or more paintings on a theme of the artist’s choice within a single day.
The exhibition and sale of the works will take place on display stands in Place du Jet d’Eau.
Once again this year, participants will be able to bring along and exhibit their other works.
Anyone who paints, regardless of the technique used (oil painting, acrylics, watercolours, charcoal, pastels, pen and ink drawings, etc.), is welcome to take part in this event.
This is an opportunity for artists to showcase their talent to the public, who will be able to watch them at work.
As part of this event, a craft market will be set up on Place du Jet d’Eau.
On the programme:
- Musical entertainment with the band ‘Roger Roger’
- Children’s workshop
- Donkey rides
- Art sales
- Light refreshments available on site.
Everything will be in place for a lovely, convivial time with family or friends!
