Immerse yourself in a culinary event that’s as indulgent as it is unusual at the SAB’S Distillery.
To mark the regional round of the Association de l’Œuf Mayo – Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, come and watch a unique competition where 12 contestants will battle it out for a place at the World Egg Mayo Championship in Paris.
From 11.00 am, the distillery’s doors will open to the public, offering the chance to experience this friendly and creative culinary battle live. Each participant will present their best take on this reimagined classic, under the watchful eye of the jury… and the audience.
After the competition, it’s time for a tasting session, followed by the jury’s deliberations to choose the regional winner.
The day will continue in a festive atmosphere with a SAB’S cocktail, before we sit down to our unmissable still banquet (starter, main course, cheese, dessert).
Local winemakers will also be on hand to introduce you to their wines, with the option to purchase them on the spot.
