To mark the 2026 Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction, Millésimes à la Carte invites you to its tasting room in Beaune for an exclusive experience designed to introduce you to the jewels of our terroirs.
From Chablis to Gevrey-Chambertin, via Pouilly-Fuissé, Meursault, Mercurey and Pommard, this tasting invites you to journey from the south to the north of the Burgundy vineyards and discover the diversity of its prestigious crus.
Over the course of approximately 1½ hours, discover six Premiers Crus carefully selected from Burgundy’s most iconic appellations. The commentary will focus on the history of the estates, the distinctive characteristics of each ‘Climat’, the expression of each vintage, and the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties.
The tasting is conducted seated and held in small groups of up to 10 people, to encourage discussion and ensure a friendly, personalised experience.
This event is open to everyone; no prior knowledge of wine is required.

Wines and vintages are subject to availability on the day of the tasting. Any wine that is out of stock will be replaced by an equivalent appellation or vintage.

Venue: Millésimes à la Carte, 1 rue du Moulin Noize, 21200 Beaune. A stone’s throw from the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne and easily accessible on foot from the historic centre.

Based in Beaune, Millésimes à la Carte is a key player on the Beaune scene. It is both a wine cellar and a tasting venue specialising in Burgundy wines.
Throughout the year, guided tastings are available on a regular basis, allowing you to discover Burgundy through its terroirs, estates and appellations.
The shop boasts a wide selection of Burgundy wines and old vintages spanning the last 100 harvests, as well as a few real gems, the oldest of which dates back to 1834.
