At our tasting room in Beaune, discover a selection of 7 exceptional wines, served in small groups for a privileged experience:
Red wines
- Beaune 1923 F. Moreau & Fils - More than a century of history in your glass, a living testimony to Burgundy's heritage.
- Volnay 1955 J. Roussel - The timeless elegance of a great Volnay.
- Pommard Cuvée Dames de la Charité 1975 Hospices de Beaune - An emblematic cuvée from the world's most famous charity auction.
- Corton Bressandes Grand Cru 1985 Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine - The perfect balance of a great vintage, elegant and refined.
- Volnay 1er Cru Cuvée Gauvain 2023 Hospices de Beaune - Youth and the promise of vintages to come.
White wines
- Chablis Blanchots Grand Cru 2015 J. Moreau & Fils (served in Magnum) - The freshness and energy of a Chablis grand cru.
- Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 1994 Olivier Leflaive - A great white for laying down, complex and noble when mature.

A moment out of time. For nearly 2 hours, let our passion and knowledge of Burgundy's vineyards, its climates and its history guide you. You'll explore the aromas, textures and unique emotions of these old vintages, true witnesses to the know-how of Burgundy's winegrowers through the ages.

An invitation to travel and share. This prestigious tasting is also an opportunity to discover our wine cellar, specialising in old vintages and Burgundy wines. Passionate about the art of ageing and transmission, we also offer a rare selection of wines for purchase to extend the experience at home.
