ChocolAtelier : Dégustation à l'aveugle accord Vin & Chocolat

Benjamin BILLY welcomes you to the convivial cellar of the MAISON BILLY in Corcelles-Les-Arts for a blind tasting workshop of 6 wines and 6 squares of cocoa.

In partnership with an artisan chocolatier from the Beaune region, Benjamin will have subtly selected fine chocolate and appellation wine pairings.
Will you be able to recognise the aromas and flavours of the chocolates tasted with those of the wines, whose different grape varieties and terroirs make them very different, unique wines.

For almost 2 hours, Benjamin will take you on a journey through the world of tasting, primary and tertiary aromas and flavours: such as floral, green fruit, citrus, stone fruit, red fruit, black fruit, cooked fruit, vegetable, herbs, spices, butter, biscuit, vanilla, caramel, burnt wood, chocolate, coffee, almond, dried apricot, dried fruit, jammy fruit, hay, honey, undergrowth, etc.

With the help of the "Wine Nose" from Lenoir, will you be able to recognise the aromas present on the nose and on the palate?

The little ones and people who don't drink wine are not forgotten: they will taste 6 Nectars de Bourgogne fruit juices combined with chocolates.
