La Ferme de Brully

Located in Saint-Romain, just 15 minutes from Beaune, the Ferme de Brully is a family-run farm. Purchased in 1929, it has been run by Frédéric since 1989, with his daughter Marie-Emilie joining him in 2022. Together, they carry on a tradition of craftsmanship that respects both nature and time-honoured customs. Since 2018, the farm has been operating as an organic farm. Then, in 2022, production diversified to include the processing of cereals. The purchase of a mill marked a turning point; the farm now offers a fine range of tasty, authentic flours: wheat flour, emmer and einkorn flour, buckwheat flour, rye flour… Added to these are lentils and honey, produced to the same high standards of quality and flavour. These products are available directly from the farm, which is open to the public on Tuesdays and Fridays from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm, as well as at several retail outlets: at Le Banc des Maraîchers and the De la Madeleine and Marie Boucherot bakeries in Beaune, as well as at Cissey Chouette in Cissey. A new addition has recently joined the range: fresh eggs, straight from the henhouse. If you don’t want to or can’t make it to the farm, the farm will come to you! Thanks to Marie-Emilie – who divides her time between the farm and the Marie Boucherot bakery – a weekly delivery service to Beaune is available. Finally, the farm isn’t just for private customers: restaurant owners, shopkeepers, organisations (such as school canteens) and works councils can also get in touch with Marie-Emilie and Frédéric.
