Founded in Nuits-saint-Georges in 2009, Marchand-Tawse was born of the collaboration between Pascal Marchand and Moray Tawse, with a shared ambition: to make authentic wines that are faithful to the expression of Burgundy's terroirs. Committed to environmentally-friendly viticulture, the estate works all its vines (9.5ha) organically, using an approach inspired by biodynamics. There is also a wine merchant business.
To share this philosophy and introduce visitors to the wines, Marchand-Tawse has a shop in Beaune to welcome visitors. Tastings are organised there, with three options, enabling visitors to explore the diversity of appellations, from villages to Grands Crus.
The shop sells wines direct from the estate, and also ships wines to customers in France and abroad.
