Located in Auxey-Duresses, the Clos du Moulin aux Moines nestles in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. A landmark in Burgundy's history and a legacy of the monks, this legendary vineyard was created in 962 by the Abbey of Cluny. A new page is now being written, with the ambition of producing terroir-based wines, free from technological gimmicks and certified organic and biodynamic.
- January & February: Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 1.45pm to 5.30pm, except Wednesdays, 9am to 1pm.
- March: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm and 1.45pm to 5.30pm except Wednesdays, 9am to 1pm.
- April to September: Tuesday to Saturday, 9.30am to 1pm and 1.45pm to 6.45pm.
- October: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm and 1.45pm to 5.30pm3 except Wednesdays, 9am to 1pm.
- November & December: Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm and 1.45pm to 5.30pm except Wednesdays, 9am to 1pm.
