




Following my various experiences, I wanted to build a unique restaurant, one that would allow me to get back to basics, to allow me to express my cuisine while conveying the values that I feel are essential today.
I'm deliberately keeping the menu small, so that I can offer you entirely home-cooked food using local, seasonal produce from responsible, ethical producers.
For me, a meal is above all about sharing, a moment of exchange and reunion.
That's why I decided to open my restaurant on my own, to welcome you as if you were at home, to cook for you, to serve you and to chat during the meal so that you can have a good time and forget about time.
