Access via a steep driveway (not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children). Access to the gîte under construction (as of 12/09/2023). Small modern house comprising: entrance hall with dressing room, lounge/living room with electric sofa, TV and internet (via 4 G box), opening onto fitted kitchen. Large bay window opening onto a lovely wooden terrace. 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, dressing room, en-suite shower room with Italian shower. Separate WC. Access via the terrace to an outbuilding housing a SPA, with views over the vineyards. Deckchairs, garden furniture, parasol, electric barbecue.Savigny-lès-Beaune, situated on the Route des Grands Crus, whose Climats are now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just 4 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, and its famous Hospices, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are many restaurants and wine-tasting cellars, as well as museums (Musée du Vin, Moutarderie Fallot etc...). Take a walk in the vineyards, or cycle through the vineyards. Also worth discovering is Beaune, côté Plage: 14,000 m² of beaches, 4 natural swimming pools and a climbing wall. 40 km from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and its Cité de la Gastronomie.all-inclusive gîte: bed linen, cleaning, towels, heating and electricity, access to the spa.
