16 music companies, street theatre, encampments and wandering, a banquet and a fire show are all on the programme, as well as a medieval market with 60 stallholders.
You can also dress up in costume, either at the Tourist Office on Wednesday 1 May from 10am to 5pm, or at the Place Notre Dame, for a cost of €5.
