Discover 3 estates, 3 wines, several vintages:
- Chambolle-Musigny: Come and taste an excellent Chambolle-Musigny from Laurent Roumier in a dedicated cellar.
The same wine will be available in several vintages, allowing you to compare and understand the subtlety of the vintage!
The vines at the Laurent Roumier estate, mainly made up of old vines with an average age of 35 years, are worked in the traditional way, in the same way as his own father, Alain.
Laurent Roumier cultivates his vines in a completely natural way, without fertilisers or herbicides. Vinification is done the old-fashioned way, which gives the wines their exceptional aromas. The harvest is carefully carried out by hand. If you're a lover of fine wines, don't hesitate to make an appointment to visit our cellars and taste our delicious vintages.
- Pommard: Domaine Lejeune is a 9-hectare estate located in Pommard, a village in the heart of the Côte de Beaune.
The vineyards are spread over a dozen appellations, all of which are in Pommard. In 2005, Aubert Lefas took over the management of this estate, which had belonged to the Jullien de Pommerol family since 1850, where he produces some very fine wines for laying down.
Distinctive feature: the estate has existed since before the French Revolution!
Organic farming since 2018.
- Meursault: 10-hectare estate based in Monthelie. The Potinet- Ampeau estate offers 18 different appellations. The common thread running
these cuvées? A traditional approach, a deep respect for the
respect for the know-how of the elders, and wines designed to age well.
Vincent makes it a point of honour to always respect the terroir
in all its uniqueness. Parcel by parcel, depending
depending on the soil, the weather and the vintage, he favours gentle
gentle vinification and ageing.
