This exceptional wine tasting course, dedicated to the Grand Cru appellations of Burgundy, reveals the entire history of a region, from its vineyard plots to the expertise of its winemakers.

This tasting course is open to all, although it is recommended for wine lovers with some prior knowledge of Burgundy wines and wine tasting.

Led by a trainer from the Ecole des vins (oenologist or sommelier); educational documentation provided; lecture with video projection; commented tasting of 8 Grands Crus de Bourgogne appellations.
