Domaine Guyot is located in the western part of Beaune, on the border between the town and the vineyards.
The grape varieties grown here are, of course, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté.
Baptiste Guyot cultivates his vines using sustainable methods, favouring ploughing between the rows and organic treatments. The plots are located in Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Volnay, Pommard and Monthelie, which has been HVE-certified since 2020.
